I'm a Finnish documentary photographer working with both stills and moving image. I started my career in visual media as a photojournalist for newspapers and magazines, and since 2012 I've been working for humanitarian NGOs documenting themes like peace, conflict, disaster management, environment and human rights in more than 20 countries worldwide.
I'm studying for a DA (Doctor of Arts) degree in the Aalto University's Media Lab, in the School of Art, Design & Architecture focusing on documentary narratives in VR. More info about the VR research in Aalto can be found at http://virtualcinema.aalto.fi
